Michelle's philosophy is centered on choosing quality, seasonal food and preparing it in the best way possible to meet the needs of her clientele. While a restaurant may need to offer items that cut calories and sugar, the look and taste of the food is still of the utmost importance to their client base; when an individual is on a low calorie meal plan for weight loss, if it takes them too long to prepare, it just isn't going to happen! In our time pressed society, convenience remains a high priority, and food and nutrition is no exception.
